All orders are fulled within 3 to 25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic + International Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders of $50 or more are eligible for FREE shipping. Orders under that mark have a flat shipping rate of $5 in the US and $10 internationally. If you choose to use Express Shipping, there is a flat rate of $30. All Express orders arrive between 3-12 business days. Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped between 5-8 business days. Please allow a maximum of 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered. Depending on conditions, times may vary. Standard and FREE shipping typically takes 5-25 business days depending on your destination. Most orders arrive early within this window and the maximum amount of business days displayed is a safety margin for any unexpected shipping delays, but please allow the full timeframe before reaching out to our support team. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

*Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate packages due to inventory locations and warehouse availability. If this happens, each shipment will have its own tracking information.
